Mindful Awareness

“Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it.” Learn more.

Integrative Somatic Parts Work

“IFS is frequently used as an evidence-based psychotherapy, helping people heal by accessing and healing their protective and wounded inner parts. IFS creates inner and outer connectedness by helping people first access their Self and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts.

But IFS is much more than a non-pathologizing evidence-based psychotherapy to be used in a clinical setting. It is also a way of understanding personal and intimate relationships and stepping into life with the 8 Cs: confidence, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness.” Learn More

Acceptance Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emphasizes mindfulness, acceptance, and values in addressing psychological challenges. The therapy underscores the inevitability of experiencing discomfort from thoughts, feelings, or circumstances such as pain, grief, disappointment, or anxiety, and advocates for adapting to these challenges rather than suppressing associated unpleasant feelings. Through fostering acceptance, ACT aims to enhance psychological flexibility, enabling individuals to embrace present-moment sensations and thoughts, even if they are uncomfortable.
